Polaris World announce new project in the Costa Calida |

Terrazas de la Torre in Torre Pacheco, Murcia, is the latest golf resort project to be announced by Polaris World.
Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort is already on general release to the public and is proving to be an immediate success with many units having been sold already. There will be a total of 4500 apartments being built here, in buildings of no higher than four storeys, with either one, two or three bedrooms and use of a communal pool and gardens. The apartments boast wonderful across the lake and the golf course.
Facilities with the Terrazas de la Torre Resort include a sports area with gym, swimming pool and various tennis, paddle tennis and squash courts. The town centre will host a number of commercials including, florist, beauty salon, bank, travel agency, doctors and pharmacy as well as numerous bars and restaurants of various kinds.
The whole Resort is centred around a lake with an island in the middle housing a restaurant and a "chill out" bar.
Terrazas de la Torre is located just 3km from La Torre Golf Resort, another development by Polaris World, meaning that owners and visitors to Terrazas de la Torre also have full use of all the facilities there. Prices currently start from 140.500 euros. For further information, please contact us. |
