Thanks to a modern network of dual carriageways, our resorts are linked to the Region of Murcia’s main cities and also the rest of Spain. The proximity of our resorts to the Port of Cartagena, hub of important commercial shipping and Mediterranean cruise routes, and the international airports of Altea in Alicante, San Javier in Murcia and the soon to be inaugurated airport of Corvera, means that you are never far away from us. All of our resorts boast the same macro-design created by leaders in the sector such as the EDSA Plan, and Arcadia Design Architects, under the direction of our own team of town planners.

With the collaboration of the most successful architects such as De Yturbe Arquitectos, FM Arquitectos and Villarroel Arquitectos and the most highly skilled professionals, we create beautiful living spaces each with its own style and personality, constructing exceptional places in which to enjoy life. Moreover, our resorts enjoy an architectural harmony, a harmony that is one of our fundamental aims. All of our villas, semi detached houses, apartments and Town Centres share the same style while respecting each resort’s own individual identity. Each of our resorts boasts an 18 hole golf course designed with great attention to detail by Nicklaus Design, a company enjoying great international prestige in the golfing world. Our golfing offer however is not restricted to an individual course – imagine the possibility of playing at a different course each day, and imagine the enjoyment that would come with the variety and diversity of play needed to meet such a challenge. Polaris World offers a magnificent new circuit, exclusively designed for us: the Nicklaus Golf Trail, a circuit comprising of all our resorts’ courses and designed by Nicklaus Design the company belonging to Jack Nicklaus, one of the best and most successful players in Golf History. All the charm of the town centres of yesteryear with the services of today a stone’s throw away from your home. Supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, a hotel, swimming pools, sports clubs, catering services, a nursery school, gardening, a golf academy……….. As you will have seen so far, to enter in to the world of Polaris Golf Resorts is to enter in to a world full of advantages and services. When acquiring a Polaris World home, you are also accessing the complete gardening service for private individuals offered by Polaris Garden whose professionals will advise you on the design, installation and maintenance of your garden. A simple call to your resort’s Call Centre will place all of its services at your fingertips. Our aim at Polaris World is that you do not have to worry about anything – even your health. Each resort has a health centre, as well as the Medical Centre located at La Torre Golf Resort where the medical services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through our facilities we are committed to providing you with whatever you may need or desire. This is no dream; this is reality – exclusively designed for you.
14 Security
The Region of Murcia is one of Spain’s most pleasant and tranquil spots. You will be able to take a stroll and enjoy your surroundings at anytime of the day or night, sleep with your windows open, let your children play in the garden, park your car in the street...
